Work location will rotate between the 4 properties.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities</b><ul> <li><strong>Financial: </strong>Follows all accounting standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy of &nbsp;accounts receivable, and accounts payable, follow up and collection. Responsible for accuracy of&nbsp;contents of safe and issued banks, cash handling, and bank deposits.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for general ledger and income statement for the property&nbsp;assigned. Assists Property Accountant with other projects as assigned.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li><strong>Cost Control:</strong> &nbsp;Responsible for proper use of all equipment and supplies and adheres to cost controls to reduce&nbsp;expenses and waste.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li><strong>Guest Service:</strong>&nbsp; Anticipates and responds&nbsp;to guests in a friendly, positive and timely manner. Works as a team player in meeting guests needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of&nbsp;other departments as necessary Understands and follows B. F. Saul Company&nbsp;Hospitality Group guest service recovery program.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li><strong>Safety/Risk Management:</strong> &nbsp;Maintains&nbsp;a clean and safe work area in compliance with B. Attends all required department&nbsp;and hotel meetings.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Qualifications</b><ul> <li><strong>Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fosse and PEP experience preferred </strong></li> <li><strong>Education:</strong>&nbsp; High School diploma or GED required. Two year accounting degree or equivalent experience preferred.</li> <li><strong>Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:&nbsp; </strong>Excellent computer knowledge needed.
