The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, strategic thinker, and team collaborator with a passion for building relationships and delivering results. \n Responsibilities<ul> <li>Implement marketing strategies aligned with AMT’s branding and business goals.</li> <li>Provide client and industry research and intelligence to Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sectors.</li> <li>Implement corporate branding efforts, including website updates, social media presence, and marketing campaigns as directed by the Marketing & Business Development Director.</li> <li>Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.</li> <li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.</li> <li>Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity.</li> </ul> Qualifications<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li> <li>5 –10 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Site Infrastructure industries).</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Strong organizational and analytical abilities.</li> <li>Proficiency with CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.</li> <li>Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.</li> <li>Plus: Experience in transportation and surveying services.</li> </ul> \nWhy Join AMT?   At AMT, we understand that our most valuable asset is our staff.
