The team collaborates closely with the marketing, fiction, and programming teams to create engaging content promos, show trailers, and brand campaigns for the channel. With a deep understanding of the regional audience, the team creates impactful narratives that vibrate with viewers while supporting the channel’s growth and visibility. The team comprises promo producers, writers, graphic designers, and promo editors platform to collaborate with.</p> <p></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><div> <ul> <li>Ideate, conceptualize, visualize, write, produce, direct, and edit unique on-air promos for all content (movies, shows, music) for Star MAA.</li> <li>Ensure promos consistently offer a fresh perspective, staying ahead of the competition.</li> <li>Infuse local flavor and Telugu cultural nuances into promos, making them compelling and relevant.</li> <li>Maintain high creative and production standards, aligning with the channel's philosophy, and delivering campaigns on time and within budget.</li> <li>Collaborate with content teams to identify the best brief and develop campaign ideas.</li> <li>Strategize and generate creative ideas for promos, keeping the audience engaged and eagerly anticipating episodes.</li> <li>Create an enticing and visually appealing channel look and feel through effective packaging and graphical elements.</li> <li>Collaborate with Marketing/Strategy teams to develop region-specific campaigns that connect with local audiences.</li> <li>Produce showreels, audiovisuals, and flash presentations as needed.</li> <li>Foster creativity within the team, providing guidance and mentorship to the OAP and Graphics teams.</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Skills &amp; Attributes for success:</b><div> <ul> <li>Nurture team and extract the best in innovation &amp; creative ideas/execution</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Keenness to learn, willing to experiment and try new ideas</li> <li>Strong problem solving and facilitation skills</li> <li>Self-driven and sense of ownership</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Preferred Education &amp; Experience:</b><div> <ul> <li>Minimum Qualification: Graduate with 4-6 years’ work experience in a related role.</li> <li>TV / OTT experience will be an added advantage</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><p></p>\n<p> </p><p><strong>About Us:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Perched firmly at the nucleus of spellbinding content and innovative technology, JioStar is a leading global media &amp; entertainment company that is reimagining the way audiences consume entertainment and sports.
