Consumer Insights &amp; Behavioural Deep-Dives</h4> <ul> <li> <p>Lead deep dives into user cohorts, funnels, and lifecycle behaviours</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with Analytics to uncover conversion drivers, drop-offs, and engagement triggers</p> </li> <li> <p>Build a strong understanding of content-consumption vs subscription behaviour</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate insights into clear “so-what” actions for growth and retention</p> </li> </ul> <h4>3. Content-Led Growth Strategy</h4> <ul> <li> <p>Work with Content teams to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design content calendars optimized for subscription spikes and retention</p> </li> <li> <p>Evaluate content ROI from a subscriber lens (not just viewership)</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify gaps in content strategy for acquisition vs retention</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Build frameworks linking:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Content type → User segment → Conversion impact</p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h4>4.
