The role will work across product, content, marketing, analytics and revenue teams, using data and insights to guide decisions and unlock value across the portfolio.</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><ul> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Business Development &amp; Partnerships</strong></li> </ul> <ol> <li>Continuously track the sports media ecosystem to identify emerging opportunities, with a strong understanding of how trends could impact our business and shape future strategy</li> <li>Maintain a clear view of the competitive landscape, with the ability to assess what can scale meaningfully for us</li> <li>Build and manage long-term relationships with external partners, while identifying new areas of collaboration</li> <li>Structure partnership models and value propositions, and actively support negotiation and closure of deals</li> <li>Work closely with product, content, marketing and analytics teams to identify gaps and drive interventions across the portfolio</li> </ol> <ul> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Strategy, Planning &amp; Execution</strong></li> </ul> <ol> <li>Support key strategic initiatives through structured problem solving, research, stakeholder alignment and execution</li> <li>Build clear, concise presentations for leadership reviews, partner discussions and business updates</li> <li>Develop simple frameworks and SOPs to guide product, content and marketing interventions aimed at improving discoverability and viewership</li> <li>Identify gaps across product experience and discoverability and work with internal teams to address them</li> </ol> <ul> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Business Intelligence &amp; Insights</strong></li> </ul> <ol> <li>Track the market, competitive landscape, sponsorship trends and rights developments relevant to our business</li> <li>Use viewership and revenue data to inform decisions and drive interventions</li> <li>Work with analytics teams to build season reviews, evaluation reports and inputs for long-term planning</li> <li>Support the acquisition pipeline through research, evaluation and commercial assessment</li> <li>Translate data into clear, actionable insights that support internal alignment and partner discussions</li> </ol><p><br></p><b>Preferred Experience &amp; Skills</b><ul> <li>8–10 years of experience in Sports Media, Federations or Agencies across Strategy, Growth, Partnerships or Monetisation roles.</li> <li>Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative inputs.</li> <li>Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly, both in writing and in person.</li> <li>Experience managing cross functional projects and driving outcomes independently.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with comfort working across senior leadership and multiple teams.</li> <li>Understanding of linear and digital viewership data is a plus.</li> </ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n<p><b>About Us</b></p><p>Perched firmly at the nucleus of spellbinding content and innovative technology, JioStar is a leading global media &amp; entertainment company that is reimagining the way audiences consume entertainment and sports.
