The Assistant Program Manager, Talent Delivery plays a critical role on the Marketplace Provider team by serving as the engine behind buyer talent strategies. While the buyer-facing Field Nation Program Managers design the vision, this role focuses on the internal execution, scalability, and optimization of talent delivery programs. By acting as a central coordinator, this position ensures that the talent pools and service territories are built and vetted with engaged providers ready to meet the complex needs of our enterprise buyers. \n What you'll get to do:<ul> <li>Partner with buyer-facing Program Managers (aka Talent Advisors - TA) and Customer Success Executives (CSE) to translate buyer needs into actionable recruitments and engagement workflows.</li> <li>Design and deliver custom networks as advised by the TA/CSE based on each buyer’s goals, going beyond standard approaches to creatively address unique needs.</li> <li>Analyze coverage gaps, talent shortages, or skill needs in order to build agile, scalable micro-strategies to close those gaps.</li> <li>Confidently propose customized solution strategies for service territories and white space remote areas based on buyer use cases of known site listings, historical volume, density, pay, training, and tools to name a few. </li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align efforts, drive adoption, and ensure customer success.</li> <li>Maintain a Marketplace Provider intra-team partnership with Network Development, Provider Onboarding, Provider Experience, and Marketplace Compliance to align internal or company initiatives, increase provider adoption and retention, and deliver value to our customers. </li> <li>Leverage data insights to guide decision-making and measure program performance, adjusting proactively to improve outcomes.</li> <li>Identify trends within recruitments to provide the "so what?" insights that help the TA/CSE shape future client consultations.</li> <li>Navigate ambiguity and think critically to identify solutions even when an immediate path is not clear, championing a solutions-first mindset.</li> <li>Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of each recruiting effort.</li> <li>Contribute to the evolution of recruiting programs, testing and refining approaches that improve scalability and delivery effectiveness.</li> <li>Support the resolution of escalations and critical issues, serving as a key stakeholder in client success and experience.</li> <li>Maintain internal documentation and assets to support transparency, consistency, and learning across the team.</li> <li>Influence the ongoing development of talent delivery tools and product improvements based on buyer and provider feedback.</li> </ul> You might be a good fit if you have:<ul> <li>3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent strategy, client services, or marketplace operations, preferably in field services or similar industries</li> <li>Experience and confidence in building unique solutions and selling all stakeholders on why it is the best option for the use case presented</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to take a high-level strategy and turn it into a repeatable, successful program</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive recommendations and track outcomes</li> <li>Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity, creative problem-solving, and driving innovation</li> <li>Experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder relationships</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li> <li>High attention to detail and a self-directed, collaborative mindset</li> </ul> Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:<div> <ul> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">This is a full-time, hybrid position, We come into the office on Mondays & Tuesdays.</li> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">Shift: 9 hours/day – 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)</li> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">Working hours generally range from 8pm-5am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.)</li> </ul> </div> Office Location:<div> <ul> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid)</li> </ul> </div> Salary Range:<ul> <li>BDT 80,000 - 120,000  (Monthly) </li> </ul> Why we think you'll love it here:<div>At Field Nation, we believe great work deserves great support.
