We place employee experience at the center of our business model and have been recognized as one of Newsweek’s Global Most Loved Workplaces®.\n Core Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership & Execution<ul> <li>Own the end-to-end execution of the advertising strategy for brands across Amazon, Noon, and other digital marketplaces in the MENA region.</li> <li>Lead on-boarding, media planning, budget allocation, and campaign execution to achieve sales, RoAS, and brand growth targets.</li> <li>Develop and refine advertising best practices, ensuring structured and scalable campaign management processes.</li> <li>Take ownership of advertising budgeting, forecasting, and forward-looking planning in collaboration with Merchandising, Brand Management, and Finance teams.</li> <li>Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and performance.</li> <li>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational excellence.</li> <li>Collaborate with the brand management team to align marketplace advertising goals with broader multi-channel digital marketing efforts, including social media and search advertising.</li> </ul> Core Responsibilities - Performance Optimization & Innovation<ul> <li>Conduct deep-dive analyses on advertising performance, ensuring campaigns are optimized for visibility, conversion, and efficiency.</li> <li>Research and implement advanced bidding strategies, audience segmentation techniques, and keyword optimization methods.</li> <li>Drive A/B testing initiatives for ad creatives, placements, and messaging to continuously enhance campaign performance.</li> <li>Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features to refine advertising strategies proactively.</li> <li>Utilize 3rd-party tools to enhance advertising performance and automation.</li> </ul> Core Responsibilities - Stakeholder & Partner Management<ul> <li>Own relationships with brand managers, external partners, and platform representatives to ensure alignment on advertising goals.</li> <li>Present advertising proposals and performance reviews to senior stakeholders, providing data-backed insights and strategic recommendations.</li> <li>Negotiate advertising budgets with internal teams and external partners, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum impact.</li> <li>Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with partners, analyzing results and refining strategies accordingly.</li> <li>Build a culture of collaboration and accountability within the team, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and reporting processes.</li> </ul> Qualifications & Experience<ul> <li>5-7 years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 4 years focused on eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.).</li> <li>Proven expertise in managing large-scale advertising campaigns on Amazon, including experience with DSP, Sponsored Ads, Amazon Cloud Services and bid automation tools.</li> <li>Experience of leading a team and mentoring colleagues would be a plus.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li> <li>Advanced data analytics skills, with the ability to extract insights and make data-driven strategic decisions.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with third-party tools is a plus.</li> <li>Knowledge of Google Ads and social media marketing (Meta, TikTok, etc.) to support cross-channel advertising strategies is a plus.</li> <li>Strong client management skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships and drive business outcomes.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies effectively to senior stakeholders.</li> <li>Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and handle ambiguity effectively.</li> <li>A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, automation, and innovation.</li> </ul> Our Core Values<ul> <li>Data Fanatics: Our edge is always found in the data</li> <li>Partner Obsessed: We are obsessed with partner success</li> <li>Team of Doers: We have a bias for action</li> <li>Gamechangers: We encourage innovation</li> </ul> \nPattern is an equal opportunity employer.
