Present insights and recommendations to the team and leadership as appropriate.</p> <p><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Proactively identify, lead, and implement process improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving greater operational efficiency, scalability, and service quality in transportation functions.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.</p> <p>3+ years of hands-on industry experience in transportation or logistics—specifically with freight invoice auditing, shipment management, and outbound operations.</p> <p>Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and experience managing shipments with large carriers (Amazon experience preferred).</p> <p>Demonstrated history of leading or significantly contributing to process improvement efforts.</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><p></p>\n
