You will partner with C-suite leaders to shape technology strategies, define future-state architectures, and oversee the delivery of enterprise-scale initiatives. You will also play a critical role in strengthening Electric Mind’s technical capability, mentoring talent, and contributing to practice and organizational growth. \n Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Strategic Leadership & Advisory </li><li>Provide strategic technical leadership across complex engagements, ensuring alignment with business priorities. </li><li>Partner with senior executives to define technology strategy, target architectures, and transformation roadmaps. </li><li>Act as a trusted advisor through pre-sales, strategic planning, and executive forums. </li></ul><div> </div><ul><li>Architecture & Solution Design</li><li>Lead architectural direction across cloud, data, integration, application, and platform domains. </li><li>Guide solution design for scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise systems. </li><li>Identify gaps across technology, people, and processes and provide objective, pragmatic recommendations. </li><li>Ensure technology strategies are clearly articulated and actionable. </li></ul><div> </div><ul><li>Transformation & Delivery Leadership </li><li>Oversee large-scale transformation programs, providing governance, coaching, and technical leadership. </li><li>Champion engineering excellence through DevOps, automation, modular architectures, and cloud-native patterns. </li><li>Collaborate with delivery teams to scope work, size effort, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks. </li></ul><div> </div><ul><li>Mentorship, Capability Building & Thought Leadership </li><li>Mentor architects, technical leads, and engineers to elevate technical maturity. </li><li>Promote a culture of curiosity, innovation, and high-performance engineering. </li><li>Represent Electric Mind through thought leadership and industry engagement. </li></ul><div> </div><ul><li>Practice Growth </li><li>Develop reusable assets and strengthen delivery frameworks. </li><li>Support business development through shaping opportunities, defining solutions, and presenting to executives. </li></ul> Qualifications & Experience <ul><li>Extensive experience in senior technical leadership roles. </li><li>Demonstrated expertise designing and delivering complex distributed systems and enterprise platforms. </li><li>Deep experience with cloud-native architectures  </li><li>Strong computer science fundamentals and hands-on experience with modern engineering frameworks. </li><li>Expertise in data-intensive systems (Kafka, Spark, Kinesis, etc.). </li><li>Exceptional communication and executive influence skills. </li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. </li></ul> \nWhat You’ll Gain  You will help shape enterprise technology strategy for industry-leading clients while influencing the growth of Electric Mind’s engineering culture.
