16px;">This role will lead the prioritization, planning and execution&nbsp;reporting functions, working in partnership with the Technical Owner and Squad members.&nbsp;The candidate should be skilled at exploring the functional aspects of CRMs, digital marketing, and patient engagement, and understand consumerization in healthcare.&nbsp;Working in an agile product development environment, the&nbsp;Sr.&nbsp;Product Manager will continuously assess and synthesize customer needs, other market demands and organizational goals and priorities to make continuous adjustments to the product roadmap.&nbsp;The&nbsp;Sr.&nbsp;Product Manager will also play a key role in coordinating go-to-market across the organization, including sales,&nbsp;implementation,&nbsp;marketing,&nbsp;services,&nbsp;and support.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">All Functions</b><ul> <li><strong>Essential Functions: </strong>In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:</li> <li>Influence the roadmap through discovery, prioritization, refining requirements, and&nbsp;determining&nbsp;a value matrix for client delivery.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Work&nbsp;in partnership with Engineering and Design counterparts.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Gather&nbsp;insights into Customer priorities and market imperatives and turning these into structured inputs towards prioritization and&nbsp;road mapping&nbsp;decisions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with Squad Technical Owner in sprint planning and other agile ceremonies&nbsp;</li> <li>Communicate product roadmaps both internally and to clients and industry&nbsp;analysts.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead customer needs discovery activities and translation of these findings into product requirements –&nbsp;e.g.,&nbsp;development of epics, stories, story&nbsp;boards&nbsp;and&nbsp;mockups.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work&nbsp;with Customers to gain&nbsp;insight&nbsp;into their needs and&nbsp;priorities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Translate&nbsp;insights&nbsp;into epics and stories and&nbsp;develop&nbsp;and&nbsp;manage&nbsp;the&nbsp;backlog.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with&nbsp;UX/UI team to develop mockups and story boards for validation exercises with clients and subject matter&nbsp;experts.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain knowledge of industry regulatory trends and compliance as it relates to, but not limited to, certifications and internal organization&nbsp;training.&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with Squad Technical Owners to continuously groom the&nbsp;backlog.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work&nbsp;closely with&nbsp;the internal&nbsp;compliance team to understand industry regulatory requirements and&nbsp;translate&nbsp;those requirements into epics and&nbsp;stories.&nbsp;</li> <li>Communicate&nbsp;regulatory needs and changes to both internal and external&nbsp;stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and synthesize organizational goals and priorities, as it pertains to the respective product portfolio.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop educational materials,&nbsp;webinars,&nbsp;and&nbsp;training&nbsp;for the product portfolio&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop robust and competitive pricing,&nbsp;messaging&nbsp;and positioning ahead of all Go-To-Markets (GTM)&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify&nbsp;industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform pricing,&nbsp;messaging,&nbsp;and&nbsp;positioning.&nbsp;</li> <li>Additional&nbsp;duties as assigned&nbsp;based&nbsp;on business&nbsp;needs.&nbsp;</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Minimum Requirements</b><ul> <li>5 years&nbsp;of relevant&nbsp;product management&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;practice management, patient acquisition, patient management, and patient engagement.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability&nbsp;to bring to surface and synthesize&nbsp;client&nbsp;needs and pain-points.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience&nbsp;developing&nbsp;consumer&nbsp;or&nbsp;patient-facing&nbsp;solutions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead and work across functional&nbsp;teams&nbsp;in a collaborative&nbsp;manner.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strategic thinker&nbsp;with ability to&nbsp;execute&nbsp;day-to-day operational activities with clients and other functional&nbsp;areas.&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of&nbsp;healthcare&nbsp;industry regulatory trends and compliance as it relates to, but not limited to, certifications and
