You will report to the Head of Legal and lead a team of 2, driving efficiency and scaling our legal infrastructure.</p> <p>Your role is to optimize the "how" of the Legal department. You will be a bridge between legal expertise and operational excellence, ensuring our team of ~10 people stays agile and tech-forward.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Manage and mentor 2 team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and professional growth.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Project Management:</strong> Drive large-scale projects forward, from process optimization to cross-functional stakeholder management.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Tech Stack Ownership:</strong> Act as the administrator for our <strong>CLM tool (contract management lifecycle tool)</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>M (Contract Lifecycle Management)</strong> tool (Juro),<strong> Equity Management Platform (Equify)</strong>, and champion the integration of <strong>AI tools</strong> to automate routine legal tasks.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Process Excellence:</strong> Refine contract drafting workflows and ensure seamless collaboration with multiple business units, automation of manual processes, and integration of company tools.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Stakeholder Liaison:</strong> Work closely with internal partners, including Finance, Tech and Business teams.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Your Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> At least 5 years in Legal Ops, Contract Management, or as a Senior Legal Assistant, ideally within a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Leadership:</strong> Proven experience in people management.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Tech Savvy:</strong> Expert-level knowledge of CLM tools and a strong interest/proficiency in AI tools for legal productivity.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Project Management:</strong> Exceptional ability to manage complex projects and meet aggressive deadlines.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Communication:</strong> Full working proficiency in <strong>English and French</strong> is mandatory.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Mindset:</strong> You are detail-oriented, creative, and a natural problem solver.
