No task is too small, and no challenge is too big.What You’ll DoOffice & Workplace OperationsOwn the end-to-end office experience, ensuring a welcoming, polished, and highly functional workplace environmentSit at reception 4 days per week and provide a white-glove guest experience for visitors and candidatesManage all office operations including vendor relationships, facilities upkeep, maintenance requests, security protocols, and office servicesOwn office inventory (supplies, snacks, meals, and amenities) and manage ordering and budgetingServe as the point person for building management and external vendorsEnsure office standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently highManagement Team SupportProvide light administrative support to management team, including calendar coordination, travel support, expense management, and meeting logisticsSupport people operations workflows such as onboarding logistics, new hire setup, and coordination of employee lifecycle processesCulture, Events & Employee ExperiencePlan and execute employee engagement events (10–500 people), including happy hours, holiday parties, team dinners, offsites, and internal eventsManage transportation and logistics for events and offsitesOwn holiday gifting, employee milestones, and office swag programsSupport employee experience initiatives that strengthen culture, connection, and belongingPartner with the People team on internal communications and office-wide announcementsAbout You3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or administrative support in a professional environmentHospitality-forward mindset with strong service orientation and the ability to anticipate needsHighly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-throughComfortable handling sensitive and confidential people-related matters with discretionStrong multitasker with an ownership mindset and bias to actionExcellent interpersonal skills and calm under pressureLocationTriEdge is an in-person team with offices in Hudson Yards, New York.
