This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:Ready to runHungry and driven by urgencyExceptional at what they do, with low egoComfortable operating in motionThe RoleAs a Compliance Manager and Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP), your mandate is to ensure the company operates in full compliance with applicable insurance laws and regulations while maintaining an effective compliance management system (CMS).You will serve as the formally designated responsible licensed producer for the Delaware-licensed insurance agency, accountable for regulatory oversight, producer supervision, and adherence to state insurance requirements.This role impacts OnePay’s ability to offer compliant insurance products by establishing strong governance, maintaining regulatory alignment, and ensuring operational execution meets legal and licensing standards.You will work closely with Operations, Servicing, Product, Legal, and external partners (including carriers and regulators).
