Our product and engineering team is distributed across the US and Austria, and we’re scaling it significantly.The RoleWe are seeking a Director of Provider Operations to serve as the strategic and operational owner of our provider organization. This leader will own the full provider lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding through engagement, performance, and retention—and build the systems, strategies, and experiences that enable providers to deliver exceptional care at scale.This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact role at the center of our business.
