You will work closely with our product team to create marketing and sales messaging that positions OpenLoop as the leading telehealth platform. We’re looking for strategic thinkers who are energized by bringing OpenLoop's vision to life. In this role, you will a key driver for our GTM; from pipeline development, creating captivating narratives, and everything in between. What You'll DoPartner closely with Product to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling sales and marketing narrativesPlay a key role in shaping and evolving the OpenLoop brand, ensuring consistency across messaging, positioning, and go-to-market materialsBuild modular, reusable sales decks that scale across industries, buyer personas, and use casesDevelop highly customized, deal-specific decks in close collaboration with Sales to support and win strategic opportunitiesLead market and competitive research to understand industry dynamics, buyer needs, and OpenLoop’s differentiated positionCreate and maintain competitive battlecards that equip Sales with clear positioning, proof points, and objection-handling guidanceTravel up to 10% to support strategic initiatives, cross-functional alignment, and key customer engagementsWho You Are6+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within startups or high-growth environmentsA strong foundation in product marketing or product management, with a deep understanding of how products are positioned, launched, and soldProven experience partnering closely with Product Management and Sales to bring products to market and drive revenue impactRecent, hands-on experience (within the last 3 years) developing sales enablement materials, including sales decks, battlecards, and positioning frameworksExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for cross-functional partners and executive audiencesHighly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating with urgency, ownership, and accountabilityBonus: Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related marketing strategiesOur BenefitsIn addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for:Medical, Dental, and Vision plansFlexible Spending/Health Savings AccountsFlexible PTO401(k) + Company MatchLife Insurance, Pet insurance, and moreOur CompanyWe have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop.
