This role sits at the intersection of paid acquisition and business development, with clear accountability for growth, efficiency, and incremental lift.You’ll be the primary operator responsible for launching new DSP relationships, negotiating commercial terms, onboarding supply, testing quickly, and scaling spend while maintaining strict CAC discipline. Success in this role comes from a bias toward action, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to turn partners into repeatable, high-ROI acquisition channels.What You'll DoOwn and scale performance-driven partnerships with DSPs and affiliate platforms, with responsibility for growth, efficiency, and executionIdentify, source, and launch new DSP and affiliate relationships, including pitching Kalshi and negotiating commercial termsOnboard new supply and partners, ensuring smooth technical and operational setupDesign and run rapid testing frameworks across partners, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategiesScale spend on winning channels while maintaining strict CAC disciplineWork closely with internal performance, creative, and data teams to build, test, and optimize campaignsAnalyze partner performance to surface insights and opportunities for efficiency, volume, and incremental liftBuild repeatable playbooks that turn DSPs into durable, scalable acquisition channelsMaintain clear accountability to volume, efficiency, and overall growth impactWhat You Bring3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, paid acquisition, or partnership-driven user acquisitionHands-on experience working with DSPs, affiliate platforms, or performance media partnersStrong analytical instincts and comfort operating against CAC and ROI targetsExperience launching new channels or partnerships from zero to scaleAbility to own work end-to-end, from negotiation and testing through optimization and scalingStrong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with performance, creative, and data teamsA scrappy, execution-first mindset with a bias toward speed, experimentation, and measurable impactNYC Pay Transparency DisclosureBase Salary Range: $120,000–$170,000This range reflects current market data for this role.
