This role serves as a central program integrator across Real Estate & Workplace with support to the Corporate Operations organization and cross-functional partners.The Infrastructure Operations Manager will drive structure, visibility, and accountability across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Success in this role requires disciplined project governance, strong cross-functional coordination, and the ability to keep teams aligned and focused on achieving defined deliverables, timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes.This individual will ensure documentation, coordination, and milestone execution remain on track across multiple projects, workstreams, and key stakeholder partnerships. This role is required to be onsite 4-5 days a week during business hours with some domestic and international travel as needed.What You Will DoReal Estate & Workplace ManagementManage global real estate portfolio including leases, timelines, and compliance requirementsCoordinate office/lab space planning, site launches, and workplace initiativesOversee vendor selection, onboarding, and budget trackingProject Management & ExecutionLead end-to-end projects across real estate, operations, compliance, and strategic initiativesBuild and manage project plans, timelines, and executive-level updatesIdentify risks, remove blockers, and ensure on-time deliveryCross-Functional PartnershipAct as a central liaison across leadership, internal teams, and external partnersDrive alignment, communication, and accountability across stakeholdersProcess & Operational ExcellenceImplement scalable processes, tools, and reporting frameworksTrack KPIs, improve workflows, and identify efficiency opportunities (including automation/AI)What You Will Bring5+ years of project management experience in corporate, real estate, facilities, enterprise PMO, or similar environments.Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.Strong familiarity with commercial contracts, lease documentation, or vendor agreements.Experience coordinating third-party vendors and global service providers.Financial literacy including budget tracking and procurement workflows.Advanced proficiency in project management tools, documentation systems, and reporting dashboards.Strong executive communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership.Experience implementing process automation, AI-enabled efficiency improvements, and space planning using AutoCAD/Bluebeam, etc., preferred.Experience in scaling high tech, EV, and R&D Lab environments/industries preferred.Perks & Benefits• Robust health coverage — excellent health, dental, and vision insurance covered up to 100% by ALSO, with FSA & HSA options• One Medical membership and dedicated insurance advocates• Rich fertility and family-building benefits with Progyny• Flexible time off• 401(k) matchThe salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.Why ALSO.We’re passionate about helping the world find a better way to get there—wherever it is you’re headed.We’re located in the heart of Silicon Valley and have brought together a world-class team from some of the biggest brands in the technology, automotive, cycling, outdoor recreation and retail spaces. Together we’re working hands-on to imagine, design and build an entirely new solution to a global set of transportation challenges.
