This individual will report to the Manager of Payroll.At its core, this position is focused on supporting our global client service team by assisting with payroll administration and best practices. Pebl is a high-growth company so candidates should relish the fast pace of a start-up environment and embrace the opportunity to form account coverage and services strategy.How You'll Make An Impact:Execute payroll for employees across the US, supporting multiple pay frequencies with accuracy and timelinessMeet defined SLAs for ticket resolution, payroll processing, and calculation accuracyEnsure accurate and timely payroll transactions and reportingValidate payroll data across HRIS and payroll systems; provide weekly and ad hoc reporting to internal stakeholdersProcess payroll and invoice data within our global finance platform to support audit requirements and deliver accurate client payroll packagesPartner cross-functionally to ensure accurate inputs into HR and payroll systemsSupport account management teams on payroll and billing inquiriesMaintain strong working knowledge of state, local, regional, and country-specific payroll regulations, including PEO compliance requirementsLet's Connect If You Have:Minimum 3 years of experience processing payroll with expertise in North America.English fluency requiredKnowledge of Corporate Accounting or Finance is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to execute in a timely manner ensuring accuracy and follow throughAbility to manage multiple tasks, show independence, adaptability and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy with strong attention to detailExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to demonstrate critical thinking skills and initiative through individual research and driveAbility to maintain a strict level of confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion, sound judgment, and diplomacyExperience working in global HRIS / payroll platforms is preferredExperience working in NetSuite or similar ERP is desirableExperience working in Expensify or a similar expense management platform is desirableOur Commitment to YouAt Pebl, we’re committed to supporting our team with comprehensive rewards and benefits designed to meet diverse needs across roles and locations.
