What Makes You a Great FitWe’re looking for a proactive and accomplished Lead Product Designer to join our Product Design team. The expectation is in-office presence three days per week, Monday-Wednesday.How You'll Make an ImpactOwn and evolve Pebl’s design system, including components, patterns, documentation, and governanceWork with the team to shift the process and code based system into a seamless AI lead toolkitPartner closely with product, engineering, and design to ensure the system is adopted, scalable, and aligned to real product use casesContribute directly to product design work—applying and extending the system to solve end-to-end user problemsIdentify gaps in the system through product work and translate them into reusable patterns and improvementsDrive consistency, accessibility, and quality across all product experiencesEstablish best practices for system usage, contribution models, and design-to-development workflowsLead initiatives that improve design efficiency, velocity, and cross-team alignmentMentor designers on both system thinking and product design craftCollaborate on and influence product strategy, bringing a systems lens to complex and ambiguous problem spacesLet’s Connect If You Have:Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field—or equivalent practical experienceMinimum 6 years of experience in product design, with meaningful experience contributing to or owning design systemsStrong portfolio demonstrating both design systems work and end-to-end product designExperience partnering closely with engineering to bring systems to life in codeDeep understanding of accessibility standards and scalable design practicesAbility to balance consistency with flexibility—knowing when to standardize vs. customizeStrong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-first mindsetComfort operating in fast-paced environments and navigating ambiguityOur Commitment to YouAt Pebl, we’re committed to supporting our team with comprehensive rewards and benefits designed to meet diverse needs across roles and locations.
