Then go get them.Proactively, relentlessly source, engage, screen, and close the best GTM talent in SF and on the East Coast.Refine our recruiting infrastructure and keep making it sharper. Sure, a strong process secures great people at pace. The greater opportunity is to build a hiring machine that combines systematic rigor with human judgment 10x'ing our capacity leaving out competition at the starting line.Develop and maintain genuine expertise in SF and East Coast GTM talent; where the best operators are, what they care about, and what it takes to land them.Keep leadership honest. Surface recruiting pipeline realities and translate them into clear, data-driven decisions, tradeoffs and next steps.What you bring:5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth B2B. You've seen world-class, you know how it shows up.Skilled assessor. You can sell and rigorously interrogate in the same conversation, leaving a first meeting knowing exactly whether someone is top 1% or not.A passion for building a network in the SF and East Coast. You've spent years building genuine relationships with world-class operators. When browsing turns to buying, you're the first person they call.AI-native.
