We'd love to hear from you.🍊About the RoleWe're looking for an Associate Director of Clinical Operations to step into senior leadership, combining portfolio oversight with commercial management, sponsor relationship ownership, and people leadership. This role bridges operations and commercial functions, ensuring trial success while viewing trials through a commercial lens.You'll oversee 3-5 active trials while line managing 3-5 Project Leads and Project Associates, supporting them through effective resourcing, timeline management, and strategic guidance.
