This role serves as the connective tissue between Partnerships, Social, PR, Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Creative, and Operations, ensuring that talent collaborations run smoothly, efficiently, and consistently across markets.  From managing talent deliverable calendars and contracts to coordinating samples, mailers, and all logistical details, this role is the operational backbone of talent partnerships. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, with a strong understanding of influencer and talent ecosystems and a passion for making complex programs feel seamless.    Responsibilities  Coordinate day-to-day talent operations across all global talent, brand ambassadors and brand partnerships, ensuring flawless execution from onboarding through post campaign wrap  Manage talent calendars and timelines, coordinating key moments such as content drops, events, launches, and usage windows  Support the administration of talent contracts and agreements, partnering closely with Marketing/IMC and Partnerships teams to track approvals, terms, deliverables, and renewals  Support execution of sports and entertainment property partnerships, ensuring alignment across internal and external partners  Coordinate sampling and gifting (mailer) programs tied to talent partnerships, including product selection, packaging, fulfillment, and timing  Serve as the operational point of contact for internal teams and external partners on all talent-related logistics  Track and manage operational details, including deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity periods, and payment milestones  Partner cross-functionally with Social, PR, Marketing/IMC, Creative, and Media teams to ensure talent activations align with broader marketing plans  Maintain systems, trackers, and documentation to ensure visibility, consistency, and scalability across talent programs  Support performance tracking and reporting, working with Analytics and Partnerships teams to capture learnings and optimize future efforts    Key Functional Skills/Knowledge  Deep organizational and project management skills with extreme attention to detail  Understanding of talent, influencer, and brand partnerships  Knowledge of global sports and entertainment landscape   Experience managing contracts, calendars, and multi-stakeholder workflows  Knowledge of managing and executing full 360 partnerships and programs  Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and time zones  Comfort navigating fast-moving, high-volume programs with competing priorities  Process-oriented mindset with a desire to build clarity, structure, and efficiency    Qualifications  2 years of experience in talent operations, influencer marketing, partnerships, PR, or related fields  Proven experience managing the operational aspects of talent or creator partnerships  Familiarity with contracts, usage rights, deliverables, and talent workflows  Experience coordinating with Legal, Creative, and Operations teams  Experience supporting global or multi-market initiatives preferred    Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
