In this role, you will contribute to maintaining operational efficiency and delivering a seamless customer experience. You will support invoicing and cash collection processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. In parallel, you will assist in developing our intellectual property portfolio by coordinating communication between external patent attorneys and internal stakeholders. You will be part of our Business Team, working closely with experts across Finance, Legal, and Logistics. Beyond daily operations, you will contribute to strategic, data-driven initiatives and gain exposure to how a high-growth company scales its processes.   HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Ensure accurate and timely client billing in line with German and international standards Support payment collection and maintain up-to-date financial records Manage and update client account information Assist with order processing and daily operational tasks Act as a key interface between external IP attorneys and internal teams Review and validate external invoices   WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Law, Logistics, Accounting, Computer Science) or a related field Initial experience in Order Management, IP law, or CRM systems is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Strong communication skills in both English and German, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders   HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH Your recruiting partner for this role is Lenka (she/her).
