IN A NUTSHELL In this role, you will build a world-class retention ecosystem that turns one-time buyers into lifelong BRAINEFFECT advocates. As Team Lead Retention & CRM, you own the entire post-purchase journey—from data-driven lifecycle communication (Klaviyo, WhatsApp) to creative brand touchpoints like unboxing experiences.
