We’re on the hunt for a Production Manager who thrives in high-pressure environments, excels at managing complex productions, and is passionate about delivering world-class sports content. Please note, this role requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office in Central London and international travel (including long-term trips).   🔑 What you’ll be doing Production Leadership & Innovation   Develop and manage comprehensive production plans across live and non-live content  Support the editorial team in defining workflows and procedures to achieve a world-class coverage  Lead the implementation of specialised cameras in coordination with Engineering department  Oversee event-time Production delivery, lead post-production, ENG crews, and content management workflows   Team & Resource Management   Guide and support a team of project coordinators   Manage relationships with technical suppliers and contractors   Develop and implement staff training programs   Budget & Operations Control   Drive production budget forecasting and optimisation   Coordinate scheduling for event deliverables   Ensure seamless collaboration across all HBS departments     🎯 What we’re looking for Proven experience in production or broadcast environment with a focus on live production (OB and or centralised), preferrable in sports events  Strong project & supplier management skills in media production   Knowledge of broadcast production standards and equipment   Understanding of production workflows and processes   Experience with industry-standard software and tools   Team leadership skills and coordination abilities   Be fluent in English with excellent communication abilities    Who is HBS?
