Applications from candidates outside this region will not be considered.   Job Overview Data Processing Specialists are primarily responsible for processing Public Records products related to pre-employment background screening applications. Data-Entry Specialists are responsible for reviewing and inputting data, analyzing key identifiers and producing background screening reports. This position is accountable for working within the Federal Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulations to provide accurate and compliant background screening results. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Processing information from vendors and other sources Handling personal identification information responsibly and with confidentiality  Processing incoming faxes, mail, and emails consisting of international documentation, applicant consent forms, and criminal results  Processing results such as Criminal Record Checks and Credit Inquiries from data services such as Government Databases and other services Transferring physical records into our proprietary system Any other duties required of the position   Requirements & Skills: Expert computer skills (Typing, Data Entry, Internet Searches, Email) Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including high proficiency or fluency in English Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple priorities using time management and organization skills Team player with the ability to work with a wide variety of people in local and remote locations Ability to work overtime when required Education:                          High School Diploma or GED required We are an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
