What You’ll Do Support and operate AWS infrastructure in production Help troubleshoot AWS and VPC networking issues Participate in and contribute technically during production incidents Create or improve monitoring, alerts, and dashboards using CloudWatch and Grafana Work closely with DevOps/SRE and application teams to improve system reliability What We’re Looking For Practical experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.) Exposure to monitoring or observability tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, or similar) Basic understanding of how to approach infrastructure troubleshooting Ability to explain what you checked and why when solving issues Willingness to learn and grow in hands-on cloud operations Nice to Have Experience creating CloudWatch alarms or dashboards Grafana dashboard or alert configuration Terraform or Kubernetes exposure If you enjoy learning by doing and want to build deeper operational expertise in AWS, this role is a great fit If you are keen to join us, you will be part of an organization that values your contributions, recognizes your potential, and provides ample opportunities for growth.
