Position Overview  The Renewals Team Lead is an integral part of the Revenue Operations team, overseeing the comprehensive order-to-cash process, including subsequent renewals. Situated within the Accounting department, a key component of the CFO organization at Diligent, the Renewals Team Lead holds a pivotal position responsible for the operational aspects of global renewals. This entails ensuring timely and accurate setup of renewal invoices in accordance with contractual agreements.   The role is highly visible and involves close collaboration with commercial teams to facilitate seamless communication with customers, meeting their evolving needs with a strong customer-centric focus. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Deal Desk, this role significantly impacts Diligent's revenue recognition and accounts receivable processes, with active involvement in the integration of acquired companies. The Renewals Team Lead will also lead and manage a team of Renewals Specialists.  Key Responsibilities  Assist the Senior Manager, Deal Desk in operationalizing the company strategy for price increases   Ensure global process is being followed for every product   Oversee that renewals are being setup for on-time invoicing per individual contracts    Partner with the commercial org regarding any renewal time changes    Work closely with the Senior Manager, Deal Desk to help automate our processes    Maintain a thorough understanding of Diligent products and services   Strong understanding of the Diligent structure in order to partner with internal teams appropriately   Support on the integration of acquired companies   Apply best practices to renewals management   Manage and train a team of Renewals Specialists   Strong understanding of automated contracting system   Required Experience/Skills:  3+ or more years of experience in renewals or similar roles   1+ or more years of people management experience   Must have strong attention to detail    Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities    Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility to accommodate different situations and temperaments    Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and demanding global environment.   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)   Superior organization and prioritization skills    Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written    Preferred Experience/Skills:   DocuSign CLM or similar contracting experience preferred   #LI-SM1 #LI-Hybrid About Us Diligent is the AI leader in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions, helping more than 1 million users and 700,000 board members to clarify risk and elevate governance.
