Shape research direction and elevate team capability through your expertise and insights. Engage in all stages of research, from ideation to deployment, ensuring full integration of the new research into production systems. Requirements Senior/Staff/Principal Researcher at a top-tier AI lab or faculty member (Professor/Lecturer) at a leading AI research institution (e.g., Stanford, Berkeley, CMU, MIT, Mila, ETH, UofT, Oxford, UCL, NYU, Princeton). Expertise in competitive, application-driven AI domains is preferred: LLMs, reasoning architectures, generative modalities (e.g., video), or mechanistic interpretability.
