Responsibilities Provide end to end support of key recruiting activities – interview scheduling, track interview progress, follow up on interview feedback and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment tracker with accurate candidate data Support the creation of job requisitions and manage job postings across internal and external platforms Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment journey Identify opportunities to enhance overall candidate experience and scheduling efficiency Provide support with additional tasks as needed by the team Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative roles Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate information and schedules Excellent verbal and written communication skills across audience levels Proactive and responsive, with a strong sense of ownership over tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
