Responsibilities To work on the design, architecture and building of enterprise systems To work on the building of tools, reports, and feeds to fulfil business requirements from the trading, operations and risk teams of the company To be responsible for software quality, efficiency, cost and operational resiliency To participate actively in cross-company technology efforts to achieve various business and/or operational goals, as the need arises To work closely with the various Heads of business lines and front office trading in the proper implementation and effective maintenance of various systems Presently pursuing a degree in a local university related to computer science, software engineering or a related course Proficient in one of the following languages: Go, Java, Python Knowledge of AWS and/or other cloud environments Working knowledge in documenting processes and interfaces using common tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or other reporting tools Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Students in a course not related to the above are also welcomed to apply if they believe strongly in their ability to code and/or in problem-solving.
