You'll work closely with our development and product teams to design, develop, and execute automated tests that keep our software running smoothly. Your keen eye for detail and knack for breaking things will help us catch bugs before they reach our users. If you are passionate about QA , Test Automation and DevOps this is the right place for you to excel your career! The position is available at both our Ioannina and Athens offices. What you'll be doing Working within a team of engineers and product managers. Develop new test suites and tools for our digital products, enhancing the overall QA pipeline in Azure DevOps. Identify, share, and nurture the adoption of best practices in code health, testing, testability, and maintainability in collaboration with the wider Quality department. You should champion clean code and the concept of the test pyramid. Strive for the fastest feedback possible. Test parallelization should be a top priority. You see distributed systems as a core challenge of good test automation infrastructure. Configure automated tests to execute reliably and efficiently in CI/CD environments. We’re looking for a passionate SDET engineering lead who would help us tackle some of our most important challenges! The ideal candidate will have the following qualities: Strong knowledge of UI Test Automation Frameworks (preferred in WebdriverIO, Appium) Experience in testing both backend APIs and frontend mobile applications Experience in Azure DevOps is a plus Testing Pyramid Ambassador! Excellent interpersonal, listening, negotiation, presentation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about agile software processes, data driven development, reliability, and experimentation and experience working in a collaborative Agile product team will be considered as extra assets.
