At Winthrop, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, this position is fully based on-site at our Head Office in Ballymount, Dublin 22. This role will play a key function in sourcing, attracting and securing top talent across several disciplines including but not limited to: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Commercial departments to support major projects in Ireland and across Europe. Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager Collaborate with hiring teams to identify resourcing plans. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards and referrals. Communicate effectively with candidates to set clear expectations regarding process, timelines and offer details. Responsible for managing recruitment agencies and ensuring compliance. Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and internal hiring teams. Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process. Skills/Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment; construction or engineering sector desired. Experience in managing recruitment PSLs and vendor relationships beneficial. Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills. Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
