Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (master's preferred). Proven expertise in scheduling software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Prior experience working in a PMC consulting environment is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies: ·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ·       Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities ·       Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills ·       High level of organization and time management ·       Ability to work under pressure in a multi-stakeholder environment ·       Good understanding of the project lifecycle
