Support the preparation of periodic reports and presentations for senior management and clients.   Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills   Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Social Sciences, Business, Communications, or related field with over 7 years of relevant experience. Master’s Degree (MSc) in a related field with over 5 years of relevant experience.   Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement principles and local content regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups including government officials, community leaders, and contractors. Experience in conflict resolution and grievance management. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and stakeholder management software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Familiarity with relevant local laws, cultural norms, and industry best practices.
