For more information, please visit www.pathcc.com Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the estimating process from initial review through bid submission Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates Prepare, organize, and manage bid packages Solicit and manage subcontractor and vendor bids Track and respond to RFIs during the bidding phase Analyze project costs and develop competitive bid strategies Support scheduling and project planning efforts Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors Review and contribute to project financials, including P&L considerations Deliver accurate, thorough, and competitive bid analyses Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field 3–5+ years of construction estimating experience Experience with self-perform work Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project Experience with On-Screen Takeoff or similar estimating software Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment
