For more information, please visit www.pathcc.com Key Responsibilities: Lead the estimating process from initial review through final bid submission Perform and review detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates Prepare, organize, and manage bid packages Solicit, level, and manage subcontractor and vendor bids Lead and manage RFIs during the bidding phase Develop bid strategies and analyze project costs to ensure competitiveness Support scheduling and preconstruction planning efforts Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors Review project financials, including cost tracking and P&L considerations Mentor and support junior estimators and team members Deliver accurate, thorough, and high-quality bid analyses Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field 10–12+ years of construction estimating experience Experience leading estimates and managing the full bid process Experience with self-perform work Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project Experience with On-Screen Takeoff or similar estimating software Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment
