Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety and design standards. Monitor outsourced contract performance. Ensuring the efficient and effective progress of the construction projects. Create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of all required documentation. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor/University Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, or related discipline. At least 2-5 years of proven working experience in F.M. Experience in Construction projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek. Excellent use of MS Office, especially Excel. Key Competencies: Willingness to take initiative and drive results. Detail oriented personality with analytical thinking. Very good planning and time-management skills.
