What You ‘ll Be Doing: Lead a team of inspectors Ensure products or services meet established standards and regulations, Propose process improvements to reduce defects Implement Manufacturing Process Audits Review & analyze inspection failure reports in SAP system Plan and verify FAIRs requirements What’s in it for You: Friendly and Dynamic Working Environment. Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor/University Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Proven working experience as a Quality Supervisor. Knowledge of drawing requirements and inspection standards Advanced level skills in English.   Desired: Certifications to IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620 Experience in First Article Inspection Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail to proper inspect products and processes Willingness to take initiative and motivation to drive results.
