Typical Qualifications · Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred. · Experience: Proven experience in QA/QC, ideally within energy storage, manufacturing, or construction environments. · Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality control methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S) and proficiency with ERP and Quality Management databases. · Attributes: Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
