Manage event registrations, guest lists, and communications. Support on-site event setup and execution. Help track attendance and leads after events. Marketing Support Assist with email invites and simple campaign coordination. Support the preparation of event materials (slides, emails, basic assets). Help coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales). Maintain simple trackers for events and campaigns. REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years of experience in events, marketing, or coordination roles. Experience supporting or organising events (corporate or B2B preferred). Strong organisational and coordination skills. Comfortable with hands-on, on-site event work. Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
