As an Implementation Manager based in Boston, MA, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the onboarding and deployment of Workable’s Recruiting and HR solutions. You will own a portfolio of clients, ensuring their successful adoption and ongoing satisfaction by acting as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Serve as the main point of contact for customers from onboarding through ongoing support, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with Sales during pre-sales discussions to ensure smooth handover and set clear expectations for implementation. Manage end-to-end implementation of Workable’s solutions, overseeing project timelines, milestones, and proactively addressing risks or delays. Lead professional services engagements, including integrations, data migrations, and custom reporting projects. Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support) to deliver a seamless implementation experience. Understand customer goals and challenges, providing guidance and best practices to drive adoption and success. Track and report on implementation progress, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement. Conduct post-implementation and post-renewal check-ins to ensure ongoing alignment and maximize product usage. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of experience in customer implementation, onboarding, project management, or consulting Experience managing multiple concurrent customer implementation projects Experience leading professional services engagements such as integrations, data migrations, or custom reporting Experience performing requirements analysis to translate customer needs into implementation plans Experience in a customer-facing role working with HR leaders and recruiters Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with ATS and/or HRIS platforms Hands-on experience with APIs and/or SSO concepts for SaaS integrations Hands-on experience with SQL and/or reporting tools for customer reporting needs Knowledge of HR and recruiting processes and technology and/or SaaS products
