Bachelor’s degree (BSc or equivalent) Up to 3 years of professional experience in account management or sales, preferably within a SaaS environment Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts in a commercial, customer-facing role Proven ability to drive renewals and retention for existing customers Experience negotiating commercial terms for renewals, upsells, or expansions Proficiency using Salesforce (CRM) to manage pipeline, forecasts, and account documentation Strong AI fluency, with effective use of AI tools in daily workflow Has the right to work in the UK Willing and able to travel occasionally within the UK (approximately 5%) Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Claude for day-to-day work tasks Experience supporting customers across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
