Your Impact Orchestrate and optimize the President’s complex calendar, aligning with strategic priorities and global time zones Lead end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external meetings, including leadership forums, offsites, and partner sessions Coordinate sophisticated domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment in communication and prioritization Partner cross-functionally to identify and implement improvements to workflows, reporting, and administrative processes Manage expense reporting with accuracy and integrity, ensuring alignment with company policies Provide coordination and execution support for key business initiatives and special projects Facilitate a high-functioning team environment by supporting departmental needs and onboarding logistics Ensure a polished and welcoming experience for executives, partners, and guests Contribute to global event planning and execution by providing flexible support to the Marketplace Program Manager, including logistics , communications, and operational coordination.
