About the Role: CrowdStrike is seeking a Corporate Sales Engineer who is passionate about cybersecurity and ready to revolutionize the industry. In this role, you will master the art of articulating how traditional security solutions operate, identifying their limitations, and demonstrating CrowdStrike's next-generation endpoint technology as the solution to these challenges. Your expertise will help customers understand not just what's possible, but what's essential in modern cybersecurity. Our Corporate Sales Engineers are critical team members serving our SMB and Mid-Market segments, focusing on both pre-sales and post-sales activities. Working closely with Account Executives to secure new business and Account Managers to grow existing relationships, you'll be instrumental in CrowdStrike's continued success. Based on your skills, experience, and performance during our interview process, we'll align you with the segment where you'll have the greatest impact. This position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work for candidates located within the United States. What You’ll Do: Be the expert in endpoint security space – eg. AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc. Comprehensive understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems Articulate basic security problems to a set of audiences Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; the Sales Engineer should be the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers Conduct demonstrations and proof of values with the ability to present technical concepts to a variety of external audiences up to C-level executives Effective time management and organizational skills a must What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in technical studies with 1+ years of relevant experience in IT, security, system engineering/administration, or sales engineering Ability to travel minimally as required (potentially once a year for annual Sales Kickoff Event) Knowledge of malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis. Ability to write and modify basic scripts. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
