Job Description:   Responsibilities: Support global client service teams across capital markets and SPAC transactions, SEC/SEBI reporting and compliance, financial accounting and reporting, and GAAP conversions. Assist in transaction accounting activities, including acquisitions, carve-outs, and restructuring. Support accounting changes related to revenue recognition and lease accounting. Contribute to the preparation of accounting policy manuals and technical accounting memorandums under guidance. Assist in technical research, documentation, and analysis to support client deliverables. Collaborate with Seniors and Managers to execute engagement tasks and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Supporting the drafting of accounting policies and technical accounting memorandums. Support the organization and delivery of technical training sessions for team members on accounting and reporting concepts. Demonstrate strong learning agility, participate in knowledge sharing, and build subject matter expertise under supervision. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required CA, ACCA, CPA preferred. Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in auditing, accounting, or financial reporting, with exposure to advisory work. Working knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP and Ind-AS with a strong eagerness to build technical expertise. Exposure to financial statement preparation and understanding of the consolidation process. Basic experience in supporting technical accounting advisory on areas such as business combinations, consolidation, and debt/equity accounting.
