Job Summary As a Project Team Intern within Payroll Accounting and Operations (ERL), you will support Project Foxtrot by ensuring high‑quality data analysis and validation across finance and payroll-related datasets. This role contributes to accurate reporting, process transparency, and informed decision-making by working with systems such as Excel, SAP, Power BI, and Celonis in a collaborative, international environment. Where You’ll Make a Difference Perform detailed data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial and payroll datasets Support data integrity by reconciling data between Excel, SAP, Power BI, and Celonis Assist with the development and integration of value and analytics reports Identify, document, and validate data requirements needed to support business decisions Contribute to Project Foxtrot by supporting Payroll Accounting and Operations initiatives Collaborate closely with project team members to address business and data-related needs Help maintain structured, reliable datasets for reporting and analysis purposes Support continuous improvement by flagging data inconsistencies and quality issues What Makes You the Right Fit Ongoing university studies in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field Strong English skills (written and spoken); Spanish is an advantage Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week , with flexibility around studies Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, project-driven environment Basic understanding of general accounting or payroll processes is a plus Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP ECC ) is an advantage Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude How Would You Stand Out?
