Your day-to-day Lead BDR team responsible for outbound prospecting and setting qualified opportunities Lead weekly meeting reviews with BDR team as well as 1:1’s Measure and continually find ways to improve process and performance-Challenge status quo Communicate with sales leadership to ensure the BDR team is meeting pipeline expectations Build out predictable reporting/forecasting for the BDR team performance Work with marketing to create and implement programs Coach team in use of Salesforce, Outreach.io, DiscoverOrg Maintains a culture of accountability, hard work, and innovation for themselves and their team What you bring to the team 3+ Years of experience leading high-performing sales development team 2+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS Experience with Salesforce.com and Outreach.io #LI-AN2 Why Proofpoint?
