How We Work: At Proofpoint you’ll be part of a global team that breaks barriers to redefine cybersecurity guided by our BRAVE core values:  Bold in how we dream and innovate Responsive to feedback, challenges and opportunities Accountable for results and best in class outcomes Visionary in future focused problem-solving Exceptional in execution and impact Senior Partner Marketing & Field Activation Manager, EMEA The Role Proofpoint is looking for a talented Senior Partner Marketing & Field Activation Manager, EMEA who can partner with our EMEA Marketing teams, Channel Sales teams and Commercial Sales teams (Mid-Market), to produce and manage pan-EMEA Partner Marketing programs, tools and integrated campaigns designed to boost lead generation, enable Channel sales & SEs, and promote Proofpoint solutions and brand through Distribution. This person will also support specific Partner groups such as EMEA Distributors & GSIs on a pan-EMEA level.   Our ideal candidate is a talented partner marketing professional who’s worked closely with a diverse set of colleagues in sales and marketing on an international level, someone with good interpersonal skills, who can think Channel and be Customer-focused at the same time. The successful candidate can also develop integrated channel marketing and sales programs to support the collaboration of regional Proofpoint teams with Partners’ team, to generate pipeline and accelerate sales closing – aiming to increase sales frequency and average order value. Your Day to Day Plan and run partner-led webinars into strategic partner install bases and shared prospect lists. Deliver roundtables with key and strategic partners. Produce a podcast series with partner executives to amplify joint value and extend reach. Flex into EMEA field activation for ABM programs when capacity allows. Use AI tools to accelerate campaign build, content production, partner enablement, and reporting. Track channel contribution to pipeline with clear attribution back to campaign source. Manage contra and co-marketing budgets with named partners and report on program outcomes. What you bring to the team 6 to 8+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on partner marketing, co-marketing, or integrated channel programs in enterprise tech. Proven experience running partner webinars, roundtables, and joint content programs end to end. Comfort producing podcast or content series with senior external voices. AI-native: builds and runs marketing programs with AI tools by default, not as an add-on. Strong stakeholder management across channel, sales, and marketing teams. Organisational skills and ability to create and roll-out simple processes to help structure our cross-functional communications, campaigns and reporting requirements Hands-on with AI Tools, Salesforce and Marketo. #LI-SL1 Why Proofpoint?
