Job Description Summary We are seeking a strategic, motivated, and customer-focused individual to support the Women’s Health Ultrasound product portfolio. In this role, you will help define and drive product strategy by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights while partnering closely with global product management and regional teams to deliver growth. You will contribute to business case development, support new product introductions, and act as a strong product advocate by engaging with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams worldwide. This 2 years program will provide you with deep insights into the NPI (New Product Introduction) development process for ultrasound products within obstetrics and gynecology. Job Description Key Responsibilities/essential functions include:   ​ You help define, design, and continuously refine products and services to address customer needs You act as a strong strategic thinker in product discussions, ensuring that needs and trends from global markets are considered in decision-making You partner with Global Product Management and confidently represent the product portfolio to senior leadership You support the development of business cases to drive growth within Women’s Health Ultrasound and analyze sales data together with regional GMs to understand win/loss drivers and unlock opportunities You build competitive insights and deepen product understanding through benchmarking activities You assess customer quality data and analyze the installed base to identify improvement and growth opportunities within the Women’s Health portfolio You support the successful delivery of NPIs by collaborating closely with product and probe engineering teams across global locations You support Product and Marketing teams in creating impactful training materials for NPIs You act as a product ambassador by presenting to customers and user groups, representing the portfolio at trade shows, promoting the product roadmap internally, delivering sales training, and generating enthusiasm for the product Your profile: ​ You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Health Studies, Sonography, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or you are a qualified Sonographer, Midwife (Obstetrics/Gynaecology), or Radiographer You bring a strong understanding of women’s health and ultrasound technology You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German skills are an advantage You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and build strong relationships with stakeholders You enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment and across functions You are well organized and manage your time effectively, even in dynamic settings You communicate clearly and confidently, both in presentations and day-to-day interactions You are a self-starter with a proactive, can-do mindset Ideally, you bring previous experience in product or project management, business administration, or customer relationship management In Austria, we are required to state the minimum salary. For this position, the annual salary starts at €50.000. The actual salary will be discussed individually based on qualifications and experience.
